The land owned by Consolidated Resorts and Estates (P) Ltd. is available for joint promotion in either of the following modes.


SCHEME I. A single investor investing in a project utilizing the available land as a whole. The project should preferably be a tourism development project promoted by a well established hotel group.

SCHEME II. Three or more investors investing in one project each after splitting the available land into smaller areas. All the projects should be mutually complementing and the unity of the land should be maintained. All projects should conform to environmental standards and should not in any manner affect the balance of the ecosystem.

The land is given to 3 or 4 investors for different projects

Projects:
1. Holistic health center
2. Lake based development
3. Adventure Tourism academy
4. A public School


1. PROJECT 1 - Holistic Health Centre

The holistic Health Centre is proposed in and around the forest area. Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Unani etc. can be practiced here. The patients (rather guests) are accommodated in the tree top houses or forest abodes. Well experienced physicians in these systems of medicine are appointed to take care of the patients. Each patient is given personalized service by trained and experienced assistants/nurses. The center follows a system of an Ashram and the patients go through a treatment system which will heal them totally and the ambience and healthy climate will rejuvenate them. There will be a small Ayurveda medicine manufacture unit, which supplies medicines to the center and also for sale outside the center. Yoga and good practices and habits developed in the center will keep the patients in better health for years.

2. PROJECT 2-Lake based Development

The area around the lake can be developed into a family and leisure tourism center with the Lake as the focus. An activity center for indoor and outdoor games, horse/bike/jeep riding, trekking, soft water sports, boating etc. can provide sufficient time pass to the visitors. A film production center can also be started, which can be let out to movie makers. Each of these items will fetch good returns to the investor.

A craft training institute that links the skill of tribals with the design input by professional product designers can produce a large variety of products made from raw materials like bamboo, reeds, clay etc and can give good returns to the investor. Raw materials are available in plenty in the locality. Training in handicrafts can also be imparted by conducting courses for visitors. Art camps conducted periodically by including well known artists will produce good works of art and can be sold at exhibitions conducted in cities.

There are a few spots near the lake, which can be developed into camping sites and these locations can be rented out to visitors along with tents and camping gear.

Activity Centre can facilitate the following activities for visitors

Film Production Centre
The location is ideal for setting up a Film Production Centre. The factors like beautiful nature, forest, grass lands, cliff, waterfall etc. make it a very good location for film production. Also, the other projects developed in the site like resort, lakes, activity center etc. will be an added advantage.

The Film Production Center can provide services to film producers in shooting, editing, dubbing, recording etc. TV programmes can also be produced here. The resorts, rejuvenation center etc. will keep the professional artistes comfortable during their stay in the location. An institute imparting training in acting, direction, photography, videography and other technical disciplines in connection with film production can also be started.

3. PROJECT 3- Adventure/Tourism Academy

The cliff and the deep ravines and the rocks make the western part of the site ideal for adventure tourism. Training for items like mountaineering, rock climbing, trekking, mountain biking, gliding etc. can be imparted for tourists interested in adventure. Also courses with a duration 6 months to 9 months can be conducted for youth from all over the world to train them in adventurous activities.
Experienced trainers will provide training using state of the art equipment procured from various sources. The cadets will be given training in other countries also through exchange programmes.

4. PROJECT 4- An International Public School

A Public School of International reputation run by an experienced organization can start a School with all facilities for educational, extra curricular and boarding facilities that match international standards. The School can use about 40 acres of the land at the south end of the site and can have a separate entry. The School can offer classes upto 12th standard. The other facilities of Vagamon Heights may be shared by the School with financial terms negotiated with the Company.

The cool weather and scenic and quiet ambience will help the children to develop a love for nature while they grow up.
